MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS

A P.S.H.E. workshop for students
'Are you mental?' Everyone has a mental life, but mental health is still often stigmatised and misunderstood. In this workshop students explore how we all need to consider our mental well-being and take care of it as we would our physical.
Students will be able to:
· Recognise thoughts and feelings as a part of overall health and well-being
· Consider aspects of well-being in a bullying scenario
· Develop strategies for looking after their mental health
· Know where to go for further help and support
Ideal for class sizes of up to 30 students, Key Stages 3 & 4.
Also suitable for smaller groups identified as vulnerable.
Can be facilitated as a half-day or one hour session, to suit your timetable.
